What Is This Stuff

This is a half vent half concept art for Cottons story. The backround is an abandoned, trashed amusement park that was destroyed due to the nuclear spill in Chernobyl. The nuclear spill also altered Cottons appearence to make him look like he dose now. The purple stuff is melted candy that his eye oozes out everytime he feels a decent amount of stress or just emotional pain in general. I know he's a mary sue so please dont tell me in the comments that he is one.
